At Carried by Grace Wholesale, we are committed to getting your orders to you quickly and safely. Please review our shipping policy below.
Shipping Rates
We offer tiered shipping rates based on your order value:
- Orders $0-$49: $6.95 flat rate shipping
- Orders $50-$149: $9.95 flat rate shipping
- Orders $150+: FREE SHIPPING
Shipping Zones
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 7 business days. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be extended. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods
We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location and order size. Shipping method is determined at our discretion to ensure the most efficient and cost-effective delivery.
Delivery Time
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days after your order ships. Delivery times may vary based on your location and carrier delays. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your shipment arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours at sue@carriedbygracewholesale.com with photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
If your shipment is lost in transit, please contact us and we will file a claim with the carrier and work to resolve the situation.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order.
PO Boxes
We can ship to PO Boxes via USPS. Please note that some carriers cannot deliver to PO Boxes, so USPS will be used for these addresses.
